  • If you're not happy with Latte PDF for any reason, ask within 7 days of buying and we'll refund every cent. No questions asked: we only ask that you deactivate Latte PDF on your computers first.

Try before you buy

You can download Latte PDF for free and use every editing feature on your own files before you pay. A licence is only needed to save your edited PDFs. We recommend trying it on the documents you actually need to edit.

How to ask for a refund

  1. On every computer where you activated Latte PDF, open Latte PDF › Licence… and click Deactivate this computer. If you no longer have one of them, use Reset my licence instead.
  2. Within 7 days of your purchase, email support@latteapps.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Include your order number if you have it. You don't need to give a reason.
  3. We check that no computer is still activated, then refund you, and confirm within 2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, your licence ends and its key can no longer be activated on any computer. You're then using the free version: you can keep opening and editing PDFs, but saving edited files needs a licence. If Latte PDF is still activated on a computer after a refund, it goes back to the free version there the next time Deactivate this computer or a button in Help › Invite Friends is clicked on it. Latte PDF never checks this by itself.

A refund returns what you paid: if you used a discount code, that is the discounted price. Your licence's own invite code stops working, for friends too. If you bought with someone's invite code, your purchase stops counting for them; rewards they already got stay theirs.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, purchases are final. If Latte PDF stops working as described, tell us. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, we'll consider a refund case by case.

EU and UK customers

You keep every right the law of your country gives you, including the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content where it applies. Lemon Squeezy, which sells the licence, handles these rights at checkout. Whatever they are, our 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies on top: ask within 7 days and you get all your money back.
